Our Process
International recruitment with clear processes
The international recruitment of nurses involves several organizational, linguistic, and legal steps. A transparent process provides planning security for employers and gives international nurses clear orientation on their path to Germany.
Nursety Talent supports the entire process, from selecting suitable candidates to successfully integrating them into day-to-day work. Our Approach combines professional qualification, legal requirements, and careful preparation for all parties involved.

International recruitment as a multi-stage process
The successful recruitment of international nurses is based on several coordinated phases. Each phase contributes to aligning professional qualification, language preparation, and organizational requirements.
01 | Selection of suitable nurses
The first step is to identify qualified nurses from Europe and Thailand.
In addition to professional training, we consider motivation, professional experience, and the prospect of long-term employment in Germany. The candidates’ current level of German and their willingness to acquire the language skills required to work in the German healthcare system also play an important role.
Based on a structured pre-selection process, we conduct personal interviews with suitable candidates before introducing them to employers.
02 | Language Preparation
German language skills are essential for clear communication and reliable collaboration in day-to-day nursing practice in Germany.
Depending on their starting level, we support nurses in preparing for their work in Germany and coordinate suitable language courses where needed.
A language level of B1 or B2 is required, depending on the requirements of the respective employer and the applicable legal framework.
03 | Recognition of professional qualifications
International nurses must have their professional qualifications recognized in Germany.
The applicable procedure varies depending on the country of origin. Simplified regulations apply within the European Union, while individual recognition procedures may be required for professionals from non-EU countries.
Nursety Talent supports the preparation and review of the required documents as well as the organizational steps involved in the recognition process.
Where appropriate, we also support the accelerated skilled worker procedure under Section 81a of the German Residence Act.
04 | Organization of the start of employment
Various organizational preparations are required before employment begins. Depending on the country of origin, these may include the visa process, travel planning, and gathering any additional necessary documents.
Careful planning helps employers and nurses transition smoothly into their new working environment.
05 | Integration into the facility
The long-term success of international recruitment depends largely on how well new employees are integrated into existing teams.
In addition to professional requirements, organizational structures, team culture, and communication in day-to-day work also play an important role.
Nursety Talent supports employers and international nurses during the initial phase of their collaboration and helps them settle into their new working environment.
